What is rehydratable kibble?

I can see they have a good amount of fat in the biscuits which don’t make them so dry and should give him a shiny coat. The smell is not strong and the bag has a good zip lock to close it up. They are a good size to have as a treat when out doing training. A handful in a bag goes a long way and he was excited to know they were the treats being used.
