I took my dogs there the other day and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The store is so big and there is a great range of products. I stopped by the vet desk to talk about Millie's dirty ears and smelly bottom. They were very caring and informative. Then I couldn't resist stopping by the kittens that were there for adoption. We might be adding another member to the household soon! Highly recommend.

Congratulations to all of our Puppy Pre-School Graduates!  Here are some of our graduates who have completed our 5 week course!

This January, we are asking all our customers to make a pet care pledge for 2015.  This may be anything from walking your dog more, to watching your pet's weight or ensuring that your cat or dog is always protected from nasty parasites.

Steven Deveraux-Stanford has always had a connection with animals, growing up with farm dogs in country S.A., spending time with his parents' champion German Sheppard and now enjoying life with his best friend and Mini Schnauser, Cooper.

Giving your dog or cat a treat is an enjoyable part of pet ownership for both the human and the pet.

At this time of the year, the need to help abandoned and in need animals is greater. Thanks to the generosity of our pet loving customers and team members last year, the campaign raised over $40,000 in food, products and Pet eCash vouchers to support shelter pets over the Christmas period in 2013.

We ask you to support pets in need again this Christmas and donate either food, product or Pet e-cash gift cards to help local animal shetlers in your local area.
